A therapy group for young women, 18-24(ish), who share the desire to feel connected, offer support, and strengthen the lives of other young women in the Greater Cincinnati/NKY area.
You will learn about yourself (and others) by exploring topics like stress management, mental health, self-care, work/school-life balance, future contemplation, confidence, self-compassion, relationship issues, and anything else that the women in this group relate to.
We understand how important it is to join a group that's the best fit for your current lifestyle/goals, so after you submit an inquiry, we'll give you a call to learn more and help with placing you in the best available group- just fill out some information below!
This group runs on an 8-week cycle for 90 minutes. Day and time to be determined.
We’ll meet in-person at our Florence, KY location: 7310 Turfway Rd. Suite 550, Florence, KY 41042
$50/ group session ($50/ week for 8 weeks)
